This top firm is committed to transparency and mentorship making sure you have a clear career path. You should have at least four years of intellectual property litigation experience working specifically with copyright matters related to technology. Strong academic performance and technical acumen are required for this role, as well as being admitted to the state bar. This role offers market compensation and a strong benefits package.
Candidates must:
- have at least 4 years of IP litigation experience
- have a history of strong academic performance
- Be licensed to practice law in good standing with the state bar in your geography
